I must say the support service from multichoice (dstv) is very disappointing. While watching TV with my family, the channel just goes off and when I phone in I'm told that my debit order didn't go through because there weren't any funds in my account while I have money in the bank. I now have to go to a store to pay in and still pay extra cash for reactivation while it's not my fault dstv didn't debit my account. I must say I'm very disappointed with this service. Multichoice is really taking us for a ride because they know that they are the only service provider.
