Rain was highly recommended to me by a family member and to say I am so disappointed right now. I made payment last week and to date it has not been allocated. I've completed a query form and to date I have only gotten 1 response to the numerous mails I have sent and to date no agent called me back as promised they would on the mail I received from them. and just to think I recommended them to a few people already..

Really disappointed with Rains customer service and online payment method!
